Siemens has expanded its partnership with NVIDIA to launch the Industrial AI Operating System, aiming to revolutionize the end-to-end industrial value chain from design to production. Unveiled at CES 2026, the system integrates digital twin technology and nine industrial copilots, enabling real-time data analysis and autonomous decision-making for factories.

The new Digital Twin Composer software, available mid-2026, allows enterprises to simulate facility upgrades and optimize production processes virtually, reducing downtime by up to 32%. Siemens also deepened cooperation with Alibaba in China, advancing local industrial AI deployment.

Chongqing Zhenmai provides Siemens’ full-range products—including PLC modules, inverters, and servo drives—to support clients in leveraging industrial AI for intelligent manufacturing transformation.
